Breakfast at The One Cat

Pat’s breakfasts are simple, relaxed and made to order*, using local, seasonal ingredients whenever possible. Our most popular choice is the One Cat Scramble, with a choice of cheese & various veggies. We can accommodate most dietary requests/requirements, so be sure to let us know when you book.

Conrad bakes the bread – the current favorite is Maple Oat – & English Muffins (We can supply gluten-free options with advance notice.)

On the weekends we offer a rotation of other special treats. (Conrad can whip up his famous corned beef hash. Give us a shout if you’re interested.)

For the brave – and hungry – try the One Cat version of the traditional English Fry-Up.** At our house, we use a Southern England version: Eggs, toast, sausage, center-cut bacon, baked beans, grilled tomatoes & mushrooms with lots of tea/coffee.

*Let us know if you are in a hurry/can’t stay for a full breakfast. We’ll leave out juice, coffee/tea, cereal and muffins so you can serve yourself or take it with you.

**Please request this at time of booking.
